The phrases “clean books” and “clean Christian books” mean something different to every reader, as everyone has their own standard of what is acceptable. At Lily Blossom Books, I don’t aim to set a universal content standard. I hope you will make that decision for yourself. However, I do want to share a standardized rating system to help you make smarter reading decisions.

Reference my book review rating chart to understand where my recommendations fall on the “clean” scale. Just as a note, I used a Biblical standard to create my chart, but you don’t need to be a Christian to use the scale and decide what you’re comfortable with. My clean book suggestions are for anyone who is sensitive or uncomfortable with specific types of content.
